Fast and effective at finding the problem. Very well priced. Very clear person, and gives a clear diagnostic of the problems. Good to finally find a mechanic after 20 years who I can happily return to.
Needed my car fixed ASAP and Ash couldn’t have been more accommodating. A really nice guy who obviously has a lot of experience with cars, very fair prices for the work that was done and didn’t once feel like I was getting ripped off. If you need anything done with your car, would highly recommend them for any work you need. Definitely coming back!
Ash has been exceptionally helpful in resolving the issues I was experiencing with my Audi A3. I had a problem with my turbo speed, which was successfully fixed by Ash. Additionally, the heating system is not functioning properly, and I will have Ash investigate that as well. Ash has become my preferred mechanic for all my automotive needs.
Dropped Ash a call on Wednesday about my car needed a major service. Managed to squeeze me in for Friday. He gave me great service from start to finish. Rang me to confirm the things that would need changing and even went above and beyond once the car was serviced. He noticed I had a bulb out, he changed that for me. His attention to detail is exceptional and he really cares for all his clients. I will definitely be coming back to him for all my future requirements with my vw scirocco. I found Solo Automotive through a Google search of Audi Specialists. Ash was highly regarded for his attention to detail, use of OEM parts and cost versus main dealer. I must say, Solo Automotive did not disappoint! I took my Audi A4 in for a Cambelt, water pump and auxiliary belt change. Not only was my car ready the next day, but Ash used original parts from the main dealer and installed it all for £200 less. Ash also took the time to explain and give advice to improve the longevity of my car, which I highly appreciated. Thank you Ash, I will be using your services again and most definitely recommend you to others.
