James was very helpful and talked me through the whole process keeping me well informed after diagnostics and checking in throughout. Impressed with the service, comfortable waiting area and hospitality of SNS. Greg who worked on my vehicle completed the diagnostics and repair all within two hours which was great and for added peace of mind I was shown by James that everything is now working. Brilliant service and highly recommended. Thank you to both James and Greg again.
The screen on my VW's infotainment unit gradually stopped responding and functioning. Hamid and his team replaced the screen and upgraded the software for a fraction of the price VW were quoting me. It makes such a difference to have the full functionality of the unit back again and some new features. The whole process was well explained beforehand with various options for the repair. Great friendly genuine service with a demo included once repaired.
Satnav Systems are amazing. After being quoted an eye-watering £2660 for a new unit, which has a ‘known fault’ from my VW Dealers, plus £115 diagnostics to tell me, there’s a fault! I decided to do some research. It didn’t take long to be pointed in the direction of Hamid at SNS, with a long list of recommendations on the VW California Club forum. From the very first email, Hamid could not have been more helpful, switching days and times for an appointment to accommodate me. I actually turned up 2 hours early and was welcomed with a huge smile and a warm welcome. All fixed in 2 hours, and I didn’t have to sell a lung! All now working perfectly with an upgraded map and a few other bits and pieces. Thank you SatNav Systems and especially Hamid, you totally restore my faith in decent and affordable VW fixes, where my VW Dealers only constantly crush that notion. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!
I had contact with James in regards to fitting parking sensors on my Skoda. He was friendly and informative from the start. He answered all the questions I had then got me booked in quickly. On the day of my appointment, James was really friendly and welcoming, offered hot drinks and other advice. The service itself is perfect and I was really impressed with his demonstration. Would definitely recommended. Really pleased. Thanks
Came here two years ago and guys were really helpful and professional. They diagnosed and repaired my Scirocco's touch screen infotaintment issue within a such short time! Also they updated the system and even put new updated radio logos on the system for no charge. Small details but very nice of them! Will definitely be back when needed for any other car. Many thanks.
