The service, professionalism, courtesy, kindness and knowledge shown us has always been evident. It has been a pleasure to watch Slaters Motor Group grow from strength to strength with several car showrooms , body shop, and service facilities in the local area. My recent visit revealed a faulty windscreen washer valve with a replacement part fitted while I waited. Slaters are the jewel in the crown, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for a first class one stop shop service.
Great service. Contacted Slaters when my car developed fault. Louise was very customer focused and booked car in for repair. They diagnosed problem, fitted parts and handed vehicle back explaining what had been done. The staff who I had contact with were all professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Slaters.
Unfortunately my car broke down and I had no idea with what could have been the issue I rang slaters motor group service and explained the issue I was having and they immediately booked me in for a diegnostics for the following day , to find that it needed a clutch they asked if I wanted to go ahead with the repair and they started the repair and got my car back the same day !! I would 100% recommend this business to all family and friends thanks again, I will definitely be back
Fitted me in the same day(even though they were already very busy )when I was desperately in need of a repair, my car wouldnt start. A Bump start got me to the garage then I got my car back the next day fixed and ready to go.
