Ray’s communication is fantastic, he has never failed to keep me up to date throughout the process of working on my car and he goes out of his way to help you out. Cannot recommend enough.
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. My daughters car had a wierd dent it the roof in an awkward place which looked like a post had fallen on it (from the previous owner). I took it to Ray to see if it could be fixed and he said yes, no problem at all and booked it in for a later date. When I went to pick the car up, I couldn't believe the quality of the workmanship, it was absolutely perfection. I can most definitely recommend Simpson's for the great service and quality of work and will use again without hesitation.
I started using Simpson’s 3 years ago. I’ve found them to be Approachable, Honest, Reliable, Helpful, Affordable, as they explain everything that is going to be done and best yet. No hidden or surprise extras. I could say more but you will think I’m being paid for this. Not. I will say however that the owner Ray, cannot do enough for his customers. The Garage was recommended to me by someone I hold in high esteem, who normally does all the work on their cars. His actual words were “Simpsons is the only garage I trust to work on my cars except me.” At the time my dealership was trying it on a bit as my XC60 was new. Ray was £500 cheaper using OEM parts too. In my opinion Simpson’s is truly about Service which is Above and Beyond the call. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. I say it as I see it. Excellent service! Responded to my Check A Trade request very quickly. Diagnosed my car before doing any work, Ray is efficient, friendly and charges reasonably. Will definitely go back again.
I been using Ray for about 10 years now and I highly recommend him and his garage! He has always been honest, reliable and very professional every time I have used Simpson’s! I will never use anyone else.
