Dropped car off to a very pleasant receptionist Donna at 8am received a call at 12:30 to confrim all work carried out and ready for collection. 100% customer service, well done guys I will certainly recommend you to my friends and family!!
I took my car in to Simply Automotive for an MOT and oil/screen wash filter change/top-up. They did the MOT within the time that they said they would and all the staff inc receptionist, head mechanic and junior mechanics were very friendly and easy-going. The garage is very clean and well-appointed which gives a great impression. This was one of the most relaxed and easy mechanic experiences that I've had.
