The service was great. I was informed about the problem cost and time frame of repair needed. Luke was true to his word. The work was done on the time he stated, and the cost was exactly what he had quoted. No surprises here. Just A1 quality service all around. Would highly recommend. Thank you
Sibley Automotive(Mr Luke and His team) is one of the best in town. They are very good at what they do. However, the issue I have with them is their lack of empathy and nonchalant attitude towards their clients. My recent experience with him was not a good one. I told him I had a complaint regarding my car, but he chose to interpret it as a complaint regarding the issue i once had with my car which he fixed for me. He was angry because of that and other reasons best known to him and struck me of his client list. Overall, he is good at what he does, but lacks empathy.
Managed to fit my car in quickly and diagnosis was spot on. Work carried out quickly and efficiently. Not too expensive either. Definitely recommend !!!
