I've been twice now and the owner was super friendly, explained things clearly in layman's terms, did the work promptly, showed me exactly what had been repaired, and just seemed to be a much more pleasant experience compared to other garages I've been to. I was let down by a local service centre for my MOT and Tanvic Tyres recommended Jay at Shreeve & Mardell. I had to get the car sorted quickly and the team were brilliant, making sure it got sorted, carrying out work and calling me back to collect all within a couple of hours at zero notice. Cannot thank them enough and will always use them in the future. Consider this a new regular customer after outstanding customer service.
Jay and the boys are a trusted group of experts in what they do. Been to many garages in my time but never been looked after as much as I have here. Prices are fair and they will always do a quality job.
