They took me in on a busy Saturday and got it sorted quickly so I could get home before Christmas. Super friendly, explained what they were doing, and the price was fair and reasonable. Really appreciate the help, cars braking smoothly! I’d definitely use them again
Excellent! Honest, reliable and helpful garage. Jay is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to help. Straight to the point, no time wasting and they deliver! I feel very confident in using this garage and am very pleased with the service I have received. I won't be going or using any garages in Loughborough. I went to Jay's garage and was met with a very warm and friendly manner. I explained the issue I had and Jay was willing to look at the car immediately. I was surprised he dropped what he was doing considering he had a number of cars he was working on at the time I was there. I thought he was going to see the car in a few days but no immediately. I felt very reassured and at ease. The quote was agreed to and the work was done in no time. Jay and his team saved me hassle, time and were fairly priced. Will be returning to this garage and to no other. Well done to Jay and his fantastic team! All the best! Thank you as always!
Friday, and my sons car failed it's MOT at another garage who failed to quote for the repair regardless of how many times I asked. What made it worse, was my son's MOT expired two days later on the Monday. Thankfully I got in touch with Jay, who was immediately helpful and amazingly communicative. Nothing was too much trouble. We got the car in on Monday, Jay then got me a quote which was pricy with dealership supplied parts, but then he proposed a sensible alternative approach at a very much reduced price. The work was completed in a day and Jay took the car himself to the original garage to be re-MOT'd. It passed and we couldn't be more happy or thankful for Jay's outstanding efforts. I am genuinely confused by any negative comments left in these reviews for Shreeve & Mardell. They were for us, simply excellent.
