Ride in ride out service. Checked tyres were in stock via 'phone and had them fitted the same day. Watched the removal and fitting - great care taken, no damage to rims, all relevant parts greased, and competitively priced. Will use no-one else for bike tyres from now on.
I have been using SMD Tyres now for a number of years for new tyres and puncture repairs. I have always had great service at very competitive prices. My partner needed two new tyres for her car, so we turned up one morning and parked on their parking area right in front of the garage. The fitting would take about 40 minutes, so we went into Leigh for a few bits and pieces. When we returned, my partner's vehicle had been parked on double yellow lines by an employee of SMD. The local authority has very inconveniently put double yellow lines on the road to the garage. Fortunately, we never received a parking ticket. I don't like to think about what would have happened had we received a ticket. I will still use SMD tyres in the future. However, I will wait with the vehicle to prevent any issues of parking when the job has been done.
