Rarely write reviews but Shakily always do a 10/10 job on my car. Been using Shakily for a couple of years now and the service is always wonderful. A kind team and they always go the extra mile. Got my car serviced and not only had they done this in good time but they also had washed my car and filled tyres with air! It’s the little things.
My Tesla Model 3 developed a steering fault. Michael and team undertook detailed diagnosis and got to the root of the problem and fixed it. I was hugely impressed by the expertise, professionalism, personal service and state of the art facilities that Shaikly can bring to bear.
Having taken my vehicle to multiple garages for the same diagnostic issue and being no further forward, I was recommended Shaikly’s. I was a little apprehensive at first, but they instantly put me at ease with a detailed explanation of what they would do. They kept me informed every step of the way and didn’t carry out any work without my authorisation. They carried out their investigation and identified the issue (a broken wire) and rectified it! My car is now running smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. I have finally found a garage I can trust and will not hesitate to use them in the future. I highly recommend this garage to anyone!
