It is rare that I leave reviews online, but I make an exception for this garage. We have brought our cars here for five or six years and have always had great service from them. They have always done a good job doing repairs/MOTs etc., but the best thing is that they have always been honest with us - giving us a clear idea as to what actually needs to be done and what we needn't bother with (thereby talking themselves out of some work!). Strong recommendation!
Cannot recommend Shaftesbury Garage enough! I had gone to renew my road tax and realised I’d forgot to have an MOT done and was in a bit of a panic as I’m 40 weeks pregnant and due today. I called the garage as they opened and they asked me to drop my car in as soon as possible. Everyone at the garage was beyond kind and made it such a stress free experience and my car was ready within an hour and a half! I’m so grateful they were able to fit me in despite my poor planning! The team really went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough!
