Good customer service. Over the years they have increased the price for the service quite a bit. Now they charge you £5 just to check if there is an issue and no repair is needed, even if it took only 2 mins.
Service is always great, however this time an african man, Somalian decent was very rude and pushy. Didn't feel the customer satisfaction.
my goto place. guys are honest here. I went in for advice on whether tyres needed changing as I got an advisory from Kwikfit. One of the guys looked at the tyres and said no need for changing as they are good company tyres and long lasting. Tyres had some minor cracking due to low usage. They didn't try to just rip off!. Good job
Prices were reasonable service was quick no complaints keep up the good Work certainly will be using you a lot more
Visited SH Tyres for pre MOT check, they were extremely helpful, advised not all tyres needed changing and only needed to change 1. Also advised I needed new front brake pads, they were very professional, asked me to look first so could see they really did need replacing. Prices were very reasonable. And as a female I found them very trustworthy in my opinion I would highly recommend their services.
