The team at the car agents are always extremely helpful and offer great technical advice on my Mercedes and how to problem solve issues at an affordable price. They offer fantastic professional customer service and will go out of their way, above and beyond to fix any issues as quickly as possible. I go out of my way to always have my vehicle serviced with them.

Exceptional! This is the word i use for their customer service, great value too. The Car Agents actually care about you and your car, I will not go anywhere else for a new car or for any servicing needs!! I know i can trust them and that my car is in the very best of hands here. Many main dealers could learn alot from Simon, Josh and the rest of their team.

I've tried many vehicle service providers over the years and have never encountered the level of customer service that Simon, Josh and the rest of the team provide. The car (which I bought from them as well) is always treated well and returned in top condition. Highly recommended.

My husband bought an X5 from The Car Agents 3 years ago and we have been delighted with the service and support from their Service Centre.
