Exceptional! This is the word i use for their customer service, great value too. The Car Agents actually care about you and your car, I will not go anywhere else for a new car or for any servicing needs!! I know i can trust them and that my car is in the very best of hands here. Many main dealers could learn alot from Simon, Josh and the rest of their team.
I've tried many vehicle service providers over the years and have never encountered the level of customer service that Simon, Josh and the rest of the team provide. The car (which I bought from them as well) is always treated well and returned in top condition. Highly recommended.
My husband bought an X5 from The Car Agents 3 years ago and we have been delighted with the service and support from their Service Centre. So after disappointment with my vehicle supplier and main dealer I decided to ask them to look after my Alfa Giulietta. Wow what a difference! I would certainly recommend anyone to give them a try.
First time I have used Car Agents Service Centre. I had the cambelt changed on my Audi A6 and Josh promptly gave me options on pricing for the parts and his opinion which was very helpful. Would use again and definitely recommend them.
