And it's nothing to do with the fact that mine was a welcome MoT pass - the whole customer experience is excellent: booking-in, drop-off, MoT testing and completion was all done quickly and efficiently and professionally. If there had been an issue, and based on all that I saw and read below, I'd have been very happy to have them work on the car. The best reward for all of this is to come back, and I will.
Definitely recommend this garage for any sort of service! They are amazing and the best in London. High integrity, very kind, and reasonable price!
Update: They also conducted my car's MOT, offering a highly satisfying experience with their efficiency and well-organized service. I must give them a 5 stars review for these guys, they saved me several times. I’m a guy who lived close to this garage and love doing car service by myself, last time my car needed a brake service, so I jacked up the car and took the wheel off, but sadly I found that I don’t have a 17mm wrench to loosen the guide pins, which is essential to this job. Then I went to this garage and asked for help, these guys lent me the 17mm wrench with no doubt, so with their wrench I finished job successfully. As a “home mechanic” I know how important mechanics look after their tools, it’s like a kid lending his toys to others. Also their garage is very well organised and they are doing their job well. Much appreciated to these guys!
100% recommended. I called up to book in for a tyre losing pressure. They saw me immediately and repaired the tyre pretty much on the spot. Kind and honest people. Anything and everything car related I will be going to Sendon.
Have been using this garage for 3 years now. Tony is always helpful and polite. Would recommend.
