Dan and the team were really friendly and gave great advice on the fault light that was showing on my car. He carried out the initial computer test and advised on next steps and was honest and approachable throughout. We've always used Savoy and can't fault the new owner and tram of sf staff who some are same faces from before which is great to see. The work was carried out effectively and much more focused and professional than what the dealership quoted me. I've booked in for my MOT and service in a few months and glad we can use a local business of well trained people.
Thank you so very much Dan for helping us out yesterday and today as our car broke down and we were are going home to Bedfordshire today. You were quick and helpful at a reasonable cost. We cannot thank you enough. Please also thank Stewart your friend who also helped when we broke down. You are both stars 🌟
Excellent service from this garage. Had an MOT emergency last week and needed a seatbelt replacing ASAP. I had rang about 10 garages and they either wouldn’t fit a second hand part on a Volkswagen, or couldn’t help me until the end of April. But this guy (sorry I never even asked your name) sorted it out for me the next day and saved me from having to shell out over £500, and I got my MOT :) 10/10 would recommend
We have been to this garage twice now and Dan has been nothing less than exceptional. He keeps in contact with you to let you know about your vehicle and went above and beyond in our recent service with him. We will definitely be returning. :)
