Felt like I was back home in Scotland :D They also helped my son today with a flat battery - kindness, care and personal attention personified. Cant wait till my car breaks down again so I can have another bit of friendly banter :) Thanks guys, you are absolutely awesome
I hadn't used these before but I have to say their customer service Is above and beyond 👌 I had an issue with my wipers and as they are very local to me I called them up and they sorted it out through my warranty with no issues. Jenny on reception is awesome so friendly and just wants to help in any way she can. I sent her numerous emails as warranty was messing me about and it was no bother to her at all. I have had another issue with the car that I asked if they could look at and quote to warranty again, basically the car is not fit for purpose and I have only had it 3 months. The car was in their garage for a couple of days just taking up space as it will cost more than the car is worth to fix it, but they didn't want any payment for keeping it there. True honest guys, not just looking at the £££ Paul gave me advice re: what I should do with my car and Jenny has been a star 🌟 Will 100% recommend them 👌 Thanks Jenny Paul and the lads.
These guys are brilliant, Paul and Wayne have done lots of jobs for me over the years and I can honestly say I have never had a problem with them. In fact they have gone out their way to help and always complete work to a good standard. Always pleasant to deal with, honest, trust worthy and never rip you off. Highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!!
Great service from these guys last week. My clutch went on the way back from a funeral; they arranged a pick up for me and the car, took it back to the garage, diagnosed the issue, repaired and sorted it all the same day for a good price. Spot on. Returning customer this week (Jan 2025) for MOT and full service. A couple of things needed attention, but all sorted quickly for a great value price. Definitely recommended 👌
Paul has gone above and beyond to help me with my issues left over from a previous garage, absolutely could not recommend enough.
