The problem was sorted very efficiently and returned in A1 condition at a very good price. My thanks go to Dave and his team . I will certainly be using them again.
On holiday, clutch on car went, contacted saab, (had no idea who to contact) Dave was so helpful gave us a quote dropped us off at Enterprise car hire. Clutch sorted and ready the next day Dave even picked us up from car hire. I cannot fault the way we were dealt with and the kindness too. Highly recommend this business, good old fashioned car repair company. Thank you
Not many people know as much about cars as these guys... superb knowledge, service and pricing... wish they were garages like this
I’d just been to a different garage before this one, they were not helpful and quite short and sharp with me. They also couldn’t fit my car in for a week and a half. David and the team at Saabtech were absolutely fantastic, put my mind at ease instantly, and said he would do his best to get around to my car as soon as possible (hopefully in the next couple of days). He knew instantly what the problem was, and now I know what it is - I can try to avoid having this problem in the future. Really fantastic service so far! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Subsequent to writing this - Saabtech had a cancellation that day and were able to fit my car in to be repaired same day! I got them some chocolate and beer to say thank you. They have been a pleasure to deal with and I will not only be using their services in the future with my car - but will be highly recommending them to friends and family. Brilliant service, thank you!
