Took it to these boys and with a thorough diagnosis pin pointed a break in the wire. Fixed and returned the next day. E63 AMG 2006.
I've been using this garage since my car's maufacturer's warranty expired. I had been recommended to them by a Green Flag serviceman when he wa sorting out a damaged tyre. I have found the garage people to be polite and efficient, with servicing good value for money. On a couple of occasions I have asked them to investigate a noise I could hear. They couldn't find anything wrong but didn't charge me for the time this took up. I trust the owner's advice and have recommended the garage to my friends.
