Despite issues with my breakdown tow not getting it to them til super late Mon afternoon, they called me the same evening having found the issue. It was fixed within 24 hours and I was able to collect my car, all working again, Tuesday evening. I'm really impressed with the service from this garage, they were super quick, great communication and thoroughly explained the work they did. Would definitely consider using them again in the future!
Christmas Eve nightmare!! I broke down on the motorway on Christmas Eve. I was travelling from Edinburgh to wales to spend Christmas with family. I broke down with still 250miles to drive to get to my destination. RAC came and figured I had a problem with my alternator, and got me to R&S services safely. After arriving at this garage Ryan checked over my car and found a broken battery wire.. being so close to Christmas I feared there was nothing that could be done to get me back on the road but he came to the rescue and temporarily fixed the wire allowing me to finish my drive and get to wales safety! Ryan was so kind and I cannot thank him enough for his help! Highly recommend!
RAC recommended this garage when my usual mechanic was too busy to fit me in, I am wary about using new garages, but I was so pleased with the service I wont be going anywhere else! Ryan and his team are friendly, explain everything and most importantly are honest & trustworthy. They go the extra mile to make sure your car is safe but don’t push any non-urgent work on you. It’s good to know that if I have any car problems I can get an appointment within a few days, and my car will be back with me ASAP. Plenty of parking on the road outside to drop off, and there’s a comfortable waiting room at the back. Thank you so much!
