Mick recovered my daughter's car from the M4 smart motorway. He was extremely professional and cared for her and the car.
I like Steve his YouTube videos are great. I'm a tow truck driver from the US. It's good to see yall go through the same things as us.
Very helpful customer service in letting me get my stuff after the car was recovered. Reached out by phone to advise for a potentially lost item as well. Moreover the guy who recovered my car was friendly and professional, did a great job and cleaned up the road for debris as well.
May I say a big thank you to your mechanic who came out to me on 23/12 for a problem with my horsebox not starting. Your mechanic was exceptionally knowledgeable and polite and had me started in 10 mins - after my attempt with jump leads had failed! Hopefully I won't have to call you again, but if I do I know I am in safe professional hands.
