Couldn’t get booked in anywhere but rockets garage kindly squeezed me in and looked at car for me in same day. Alternator was fine and said it may be something to do with wiring, they weren’t able to do electrical work however recommended somewhere for me to get it looked at. The lad that dealt with me was really helpful. Dropped car off at 10am and got a call back with it ready to collect at 1pm. Super fast, super friendly and generally very good service.
Excellent, trustworthy mechanic. I searched all over Newcastle for an honest mechanic that is knowledgable, easy going, flexible and transparent. There's no hiding behind a desk with a price list in front of you here. They always do their best to fit you in where they can and have always been flexible with me hanging around in the cafe across the road to wait. All work done is well justified and they'll never do something that isn't required unlike some mechanics that are just out to get your money. They always call me if something extra needs to be done just so I can give them the go-ahead. They've saved me a couple of times when I needed to quickly pop in to get a check engine light cleared temporarily too! Love hanging around and having a chat with them when they're finishing up with my car. Best mechanic in Newcastle by far! I wouldn't use anyone else!
Can I just this mechanic is really dedicated to he's trade ! I broke down outside he's garage nearly 3 weeks ago , and he and he's lads worked on my van to get it up and running again where many mechanics would of given up ages ago! Thanks again!
