As a women on my own he was very patient, polite , kind and understanding. He asked questions to make sure he knew what the issue was. I felt very safe and reassured and not fobbed off and made to feel stupid. So thank you so much you helped turn a difficult day around to a better day
Breakdown cover through Green Flag. Harry from Richards Motors arrived, on time. He is a smashing lad. Friendly polite, knowledgeable and smart. Very happy thank you.
A brake seized on our caravan whilst on a caravan site at Newark. As a member of Green Flag they arranged for Richford Motor Services to send out a technician. The technician arrived at the agreed time, was extremely pleasant and professional while spending the best part of 2 hours under the caravan, persevering until he had successfully completed what was obviously a difficult job. I cannot thank both Richford Motors and their technician Stephen enough.
Amazing bloke, always does his best to fit you in. Very reasonably priced. Be prepared to wait because this guy is really busy that's because his work is exceptional. Very highly recommended
I use Richards for all my car needs and always have a good job done. Richard is so helpful with advice etc... Service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend. Excellent.
