I cannot fault him at all. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, fairly priced and friendly. Always happy with a cup of tea and did the work to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anybody who needs a decent Renault mechanic. Thanks, Steve, you're a star.
Took my car into a garage a week ago with a problem they were unable to diagnose. Steve came out a day after calling; diagnosed a fault and had the part bought and fitted within a couple of days at a very affordable price. The problem has now gone and I haven't had any issues since. Could not recommend more!
What can I say...once again Steve (Renault specialist - Chorley) came to my rescue when my electronic parking brake system failed on my Scenic the other day. Always helpful, dependable and knowledgable... and fair with his prices. I would strongly recommend him if you need help with your Renault (or Dacia) at any time.
I had an issue with my van and after being sat in another garage for a week and having an auto electrician look at it, it still wasn't fixed. I contacted Steve at 6pm and he came out to me the morning after. He pinpointed the problem, ordered the part and fixed it the day after. I would definitely use Steve again and highly recommend him.
Fantastic service. Incredibly helpful, professional and reliable. Plus, cost effective. Particularly as my van had been to a local garage for a repair and were completely unable to resolve the problem, even though they had two additional local experts to look at a possible Key problem and an Auto-Electrician, all to no avail. However, after calling Steve - THE Renault Specialist, as he was mobile he came to me, and once the problem was diagnosed had it up and running within an hour of the problem part arriving. Brilliant Customer Service. BD - Company Director.
