World-class integrity, honesty and service. 3 generations of my family have trusted these guys, and it's a serious credit to them as a family business that they've maintained the same high standards since my grandad's day. They're always an absolute pleasure to deal with from the initial phone call — friendly, polite and helpful without fail. I took my car in for a routine oil change. When I got it back, they'd also fixed an erroneous warning light, improved the dashboard display, corrected the tyre pressures, tightened up a loose component in the boot, cleaned the car, and even turned it around to make it easier for me to drive out (it's those little touches!) — all for less than I expected to pay for the oil change. You truly do feel that your car's in safe hands here, which is especially important if you're more of a "car person". It's so easy for garages to cut corners that it's rare to see this kind of professional ethic. Well, those other garages should take note, because Regal Motors have a customer for life as a result of the way they go the extra mile. Additionally, I'm pretty sure the rare negative reviews are mostly paid for by competitors. I don't see how a sane, reasonable person could have a bad experience with this business.
Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Been taking my car here for several years for its service and MOT and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Honest, trustworthy and great price. As a woman, you can often feel really uncomfortable in garages but they’ve gone out of their way every time to explain things openly and in words I can actually understand! Thanks so much guys!
I have had the pleasure of having my cars serviced and worked on for a number of years at Regal Motors and I have never been let down, overcharged or had additional unnecessary work carried out. They have recently changed the timing belt on my current vehicle and actually came in under the quoted price. Professional, friendly, trustworthy and honest. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
