For a local garage I think this is one of the best service garage locally. Amy and Rico are very professional and helpful. I will recommend this garage for their honest service and going the extra mile.
Great service. Friendly and professional staff. Been a customer since 2019 since a fire interrupted service at the other premises. Ricco and his team always go above and beyond. I grew up under the bonnet of cars in sunny South Africa and worked in my uncles auto engineering workshop for several years so have a reasonably good grasp of car mechanics. Before I started using Red Depot I found myself being misled several times by dishonest mechanics and can honestly say that not once in the 5 years that Ricco and his team have been working on our households vehicles (5 or 6 vehicles over the years) have I every been misled or cheated. In fact every time I have had any repairs clearly and with transparency explained. Labour charges are below average and no huge mark up on spares. In fact if I'm not mistaken there has not been an increase in Service prices in the whole time I've been making use of their expertise. I highly recommend Red Depot Autocare for their efficient, professional and 5 star service.
Rico and Amy offer a great mot and service. Rang up at the end of the week for MOT booked in the following week. Great communication and explanation of costs. Easy to arrange collection of my car.
Just done clutch on my Passat amazing service throughout even with my car being a pain
The guys here managed to fit me in super last minute as I had warning signs on the drive down from Manchester, managed to turn around the inspection and checks in super quick time and now the car is running beautifully! Highly recommend this garage, the pricing was fair and the work was quick and effective!
