I am very particular about my car, and the service I received from Recharged Automobiles means they are now my garage of choice. They have proved highly competent in their work with a garage that is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Special mention to Amy who dealt with my enquiry and Chris who carried out the work and explained everything to me patiently. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.
Cannot recommend this company enough. I am due to return my lease car and needed a service beforehand. When the report came through I was worried about what it would cost me to get it back to return standard, but Amy checked and then went through everything in detail, explaining how nothing was actually really needed and even how to get a minor thing done easily myself. In an age where every company charges a fortune and is happy to fleece customers for everything they’re worth, to have this level of consideration and genuine advice was honestly like a breath of fresh air. Add to this the fact that the service cost was very reasonable (about 40% less than what BMW wanted to charge me) and the car was ready for collection about 2 hours earlier than expected and Recharged Automotive have earned a customer for life.
Customer service was excellent. I was regularly informed on the progress being made on my car, which showcased the garage’s professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will choose them again in the future.
Kudos to the Recharged Automotive team! The report on my vehicle was very detailed, the repair took no time, and communications were 100% on point. Big shout out to Isabel and Amy, for keeping me informed every step of the way. A very professional company that treats its customers with respect. 10 out of 10 for me 💯
