I called them and despite them being fully booked they were able to fit me in at literally a minute notice and quickly within a few minutes diagnose what was wrong with my car. I had been to another garage and they were unable to diagnose what was wrong with my car. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my car as soon as he looked at the engine and did the electrical diagnostics. He was able to replace a cylinder and spark plugs immediately for my Peugeot 107. And all of it was done and dusted within an hour. Thank you so much I’m indebted to him and his colleague
I used Reading Drive in for the first time when I took my car here for an MOT in November. The team are very professional and friendly. I had such a positive experience that I came back here when I had an engine management light come up on my dashboard a few months later and they squeezed me in to run some tests to find out what the issue was. They are extremely helpful and they really do know their stuff. I will always use them from now on as they are very good at what they do and they’re honest so you know they aren’t trying to rip you off. Reading Drive In are the best in Reading and you should definitely come here
I would recommend this garage to anyone. I drove there on the off chance that they could help, expecting to be told they could not, but complete opposite. Paddy started looking at the car almost straight away. Diagnosing the problem was not easy but Paddy tracked it down, then with-in the hour the part was ordered, delivered and then fitted. This is the best service I have ever received from any garage or mechanic. I will be using this garage again for more first class service. Many thanks.
The exhaust muffler had rusted off my car so I took it down to Reading Drive In based off the glowing reviews. Paddy fit me in the same day and he explained exactly what he would do (cut&shut) and found the part on eBay for me to buy. Brought it back with the replacement exhaust and it was fitted within a couple hours despite being busy. Paddy is great and very jolly, knows his stuff and gives good prices as well!
Brilliant service! Very helpful! Although fully booked for the day, he agreed to check my car if I popped by. He managed to fix the issue with my indicator and did not charge me as it took 5 minutes. Rare to experience this level of service and kindness in this day and age. Will definitely use again. Thank you very much.
