2006 4.2 SC V8 L320 My local garage fitted an aftermarket air compressor that I sourced; they are not a RR specialist, but the supplier insisted it was plug and Play, sadly not! I took the car to Range Rover Works in Wandsworth to seek a resolution; they advised that the after market unit couldn’t be read by their LRJ software, so needed to be replaced. They sourced an AMK unit to replace the original Hitachi unit. Whilst the car was with RRW, I asked for an engine service and remedials for the MOT due on 25 March. Very pleased with the service and corrective work; Christian and his team know what they are doing and the car is now MOT’d and running in fine fettle with fully functioning air suspension. RRW will be my go to for future servicing and maintenance works; knowledgable techs and priced competitively, without any sense of “job creation” in their approach, everything discussed and agreed in advance.

They swiftly diagnosed issues with my car, patiently explaining the necessary repairs and providing transparent and fair cost estimates. I had a fantastic experience with the team this morning - they provided a small job to fix some wheel arch clips for free, and done on the spot. I had previously been quoted £120 by the Range Rover garage on Queenstown Road. I was also working nearby so Chris came and dropped the keys back to me too!
My faith is restored...there are good vehicle service and maintenance shops out there that operate with integrity... and this is certainly one of them. Fully manufacturer approved and authorized (so your warranty isn't affected). I recommend 110% using this company for all your vehicles maintenance needs. Christian, the service manager is an absolute breath of fresh air and pleasure to deal with. The work was done to a very high standard and on time. Recommendations and advice about future work required, together with time estimates for doing the work, were also accurately and honestly provided. I was kept informed throughout the process and given plenty of advance notice of when my vehicle would be ready. This company are competent, well managed and above all they are honest and trustworthy. After years of battling with nightmare dealerships and receiving nothing but dishonesty and shoddy service I'm really happy to finally receive first class service and workshop support for my car. I wish I'd known about this place years ago. My advice, forget the big main dealerships, this place will put your mind at ease and take the unnecessary stress out of the whole process.
