Took my car in with minimal notice to investigate my car for any structural damage after a bump. Was really friendly and transparent throughout the process and even invited me to look at the car with him which put me at ease. At my request they even supplied me with a report via email to state they deemed it safe to drive as i was worried about being pulled over by police in the meantime till body work is completed. they even directed me to the body repair shop next door of which i have received a quote from already. All in all the process put me at ease and took a lot of stress off me and put my anxiety at ease. I even offered to pay but wouldn't accept.
the team is very helpful and friendly, they are willing to go beyond. a key factor for car owners like me is that technicians do not rush and do a careful job as if they are treating it as their own car. I have to say the team at RAMI autos has achieved this. They did a non-conventional job of changing the shifting solenoids on my lexus auto transmission, with my own supplied parts, plus the transmission fluid change, filter and gasket change. I supplied the wrong part, they were willing to help ans source the correct part. will definitely use again and highly recommend
Fixed my ongoing coolant issue that a few garages have not fixed. Great price and will be back here for any issues
Top service!!! Had an issue passing my M.O.T. day before it expired, because the garage where the M.O.T was conducting inspection failed it due to "major" exhaust leaks. They wanted to scam me by offering to replace both exhaust pipes on my Ford Fiesta 2014, quoting for parts and labour all together £460. But the mechanics at R.A.M.I fixed the issues last minute without me booking an appointment with them. By simply tightening up the flexy joint and filling up a very small hole with exhaust repair paste. While they were fixing the exhaust, I thought I might aswell change the engine oil because they were using a top German brand MOLY. The oil needed changing in the next 1000+ miles, so why not. Anyhow, the end result was that the M.O.T retest had a pass, and I've saved a ton of money 💰. I Highly recommend this garage because of mechanic's honest opinion and the service variety they offer 👍
