Booked my car in with Darren when no one else could find the electrical fault on it (after trying various other fixes!) He methodically went through it, bit by bit, and got to the root of the problem, solved it and I’m so relieved to have my car back up and running better than ever! Thankyou so much. I will highly recommend you to anyone needing a fault finding on their vehicle.
When parked in Stansted Airport Car Park for 10 days and nights,having just returned from a visit to Perugia, we found our car battery too low to start the engine. We called the RAC for assistance. The RAC patrols were very busy with breakdowns elsewhere, some people in unsafe places like side of motorways, etc. After at least 9/10 hours waiting for RAC patrol, the RAC deployed "Bubbles" recovery as one of their trusted partners. The "Bubbles" recovery driver came quickly. At about 4am the recovery driver arrived. Rashid, the driver, quickly got our car started by using a powerful battery booster. He was very kind and helpful. As we had been sitting in our car in very cold conditions, he suggested we sit in his recovery vehicle with the heater on. He even de-iced the whole car, inside & out and checked that the electrics were all working again. Doors opening etc. Lights working etc. Rashid gave our car a drive round to heat up the inside. Our thanks for his amazing kindness and consideration will be one we have never experienced before. We were able to set off home soon after. Thank you so very much Rashid.
Amazing guy fit us in at really short notice and sorted the problem out with no hassle. Thank you so much for everything, my Son can now go away for the weekend and that's down to you. Will definitely use again and comes highly recommended.
Very happy with the service received after my vehicle failed an MOT and we struggled to get it fixed elsewhere. We were kept updated with the process and the service was really good. The gentleman was lovely!
