I thought these types of establishments were extinct; I hope they are around for years to come as they come in very handy. I ordered 2 fuel pipes of the internet and both were the wrong size. One phone call to these gents and 5 minutes later I had the correct size and was greeted with a smile.
Purchased a new 6 speed chain for a hybrid road bicycle :Great customer service from the guy behind the till he didn't hesitate to show me where the parts I needed where located. I will say it's a small shop so ring before you go there and check if they hold the stock you need 🙂
This shop demonstrates why it’s so important to support your local high street! We took our pram in as the axle bearing had rusted on, the lovely gentleman fixed the pram and tried not to charge me! I had to go and get cash out and insist he took it! Such a lovely family business I’ve now told everyone about it! Please support these lovely little independents!
The only place I will ever take my bikes. I’ve used Queensway’s a few times now and what brings me back every time is the quality of work and customer service. Recently took in my dads old bike - had seen better days and was a lovely bike when in use - and it’s come back out like when my dad first bought it. Thank you for being experts and for being a great bloody shop in petts wood. Never close!!
I needed a long reach Torx T20 screw driver. They didn’t sell them but unbelievably for 2023 he lent me one! What brilliant customer service.
