The staff were really helpful and took the time to explain all the details I needed to know, including the costs involved. Overall, I received very professional service! Would highly recommend Ben and his team.
I could not remove my charger from the cigarette lighter in my vehicle so called in to QCS on the way home to ask for their advice. They very kindly removed the charger instantly so I could get on with my day and stop worrying about it. Would highly recommend them...
I honestly can't rate these guys highly enough. My car had already been to 3 garages with an issue and none of them had resolved it. I tried contacting a few others, all were totally disinterested. My sister came across QCS for me and they've been amazing. They're friendly and helpful, were so accommodating with timings, and explained everything they found/did in easy to understand language. I'd been going to my previous garage for over 6 years, but I'll be taking my car here for all servicing, MOTs and winter checks from now on. Thank you so much QCS.
Not quite sure why I haven’t done this yet as I’ve been using QCS for a little while and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Amazingly friendly team, and greatly priced. Everything gets explained clearly and properly. Charlie is definitely who I speak to the most and the reason I keep coming back, no matter what else has gone wrong and what car it is I bring next 😂 keep up the great work guys, thank you.
As the names suggests ‘Quality Car Service’ and they live up to that name. A great team of professionals delivering a quality service at a reasonable price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mines not exactly a small vehicle but whether a commercial van or personal car the high quality level of service is the same.
