They also tried to make the repair as cheap as possible and having asked for a full service, the car feels better to drive. I don't use any other garage...these are honest and refreshing.
Just WOW!!! The owner is so organised that he will fix the flywheel and clutch from the spot. (Other garages have advised me to wait a week). He has ordered the parts and 30 minutes later, parts arrived. He has mentioned that in worse case scenario he will borrow me courtesy car, so I could get to work. Receptionist was busy, however kind and polite with professional approach. From now on, this garage is the only one I shall visit for future repairs. Thank you guys. Highly recommended. Great service today. It failed mot but was fixed still the same day. Nice friendly staff. Receptionist very friendly and very busy the only fault I have is that she needs help. Well done all keep up the great work. Never known another garage who will look at your car and not charge. Highly recommended 👌
I will never trust or use another garage other than Profile! The mechanics are lovely, friendly and very efficient, the ladies in reception are kind, welcoming and understanding. Nothing is ever a stupid question or too much trouble. I've had many times where I've taken my car in for a quick check/opinion and not been charged for the fix and whenever I've had work done on my car the cost is more than reasonable in comparison to other garages I've used in the past. I know the work done by Profile is safe and sturdy. I have garages more local to my home, however I have always opted to travel (sometimes even paid for a tow) to get my car worked on at Profile because I trust them to repair it and not rob me blind for the privilege! Had my MOT done on the 4th Jan, and had my little boy in the waiting area with me and everybody was so kind and patient with us, and made sure my car was done very quickly despite clearly being incredibly busy. Almost always when I've called ahead or dropped by to have something checked over they can get it done within a day or two, often offering to look at it same day if they have a spare minute, it really feels like they go above and beyond to help you. I've had a few cars over the years that I've taken to them with various problems and I'm yet to come across one that couldn't be sorted by Carl and his team. I really have nothing but positives to say about Profile and all the staff.
Took my old VW to Profile Motors today for an MOT test, parking a bit awkward but more than made up for by the amazing service I received big shout out to the lady on reception so welcoming and friendly. Definitely be coming back thank you
