The staff took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly inspected my vehicle, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured into unnecessary repairs, which was a refreshing change. I was given a breakdown of the work needed along with a total price for the work needed giving me confidence that I was in good hands. Not only was the quality of the work top-notch, but they also completed everything on-time. My car runs better than it has in years, and I couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for a trustworthy garage with a knowledgeable team, I highly recommend Prestige. I would highly recommend Prestige. I’d let my MOT run out and needed an urgent test. Prestige fitted my car in the next day, MOT, service, replace brake pads and discs. I dropped my car off at 9.30 and it was ready to collect by 2.30, just in time for me to collect my son. Excellent service, very helpful, friendly staff and good price. I will definately use Prestige in the future.
Excellent service from start to finish, I called first thing Friday morning and was fitted in straight away even though the garage was busy I couldn’t recommend this garage enough the staff are fantastic I won’t be using any other garage again
10/10 Service amazing help from Shabba and the team. The receptionist was very helpful & had great knowledge of exactly what my car needed. Fair price & a quick turnover time meant my car was back on the road the same day! Can't recommend these guys enough
Highly recommend taking your car to Prestige. Customer service & mechanical team were 10/10. Had my car fully serviced and an additional valet which was free of charge.
