Wow was I wrong. And it only got better. From being greeted at the door to leaving in a new car. The attention I received was above and beyond my expectations. Definitely the people you want to guide you.
Took my wife's car in for a Gold Service and MOT. Welcomed by Liva who was polite and very efficient. Communication was excellent and car was returned earlier than anticipated. Recommend.
This service centre is sizeable with some pleasant staff who open the doors at 8am as advertised and pro-actively check you have been served. The waiting area doesn’t feel like you’re at a ‘garage’ with nice seating, WiFi, coffee and drinks, nice toilets, etc. That said nearby there are easily walkable shops. My first experience was lovely, diagnosing the issue with the car and ordering the part. I had to do a bit of chasing re: the arrival of the part from the manufacturer but then got it all booked in. Sadly, the paint shop at the service centre had forgotten to paint the part despite 3 weeks to do so, resulting in a wasted journey. I would drop a star for this, except for the way it was resolved. Firstly, they acknowledged their mistake, immediately booked a date to resolve it and offered to pick the vehicle up from my home and return it fixed. Which they did - going above and beyond the warranty - including calls to confirm the day before and from the driver doing the pickup. It may not be the cheapest service, but if you can afford it then there certainly seems to be a difference worth considering.
Really great service and communication from Liva whilst my car was undergoing works. Kept me informed and ensured all my needs were meet to get my vehicle back.
