nigel and his family saved us from waiting hours in cold winter evening last night. we hit a pothole and flatten the tyre around closing hour, tried our luck contacting nigel, he responded extremely quickly and went the extra mile to secure the parts we need to make sure we werent left stranded. this level of customer first thinking and professionalism astonishes me and earned my trust. he is currently working from his home workshop which can be tricky to find, but seeing him and his son working, i can wholeheartly recommend them if you want your car to be looked after with care and value honesty from your garage.
