Had a problem with a tyre and valve. Came into plume, talked to Chris and Emre. They talked me through what the problem was and the options. Really quick and efficient service, all sorted in half an hour. I had a deadline for work and they got the work done in time. Great service with a smile from Emre and Chris.
Really impressed with the attentive and friendly reception and high quality service offered by this long established local business. Forget the big chains, shop here for the best experience locally.
I was recommended by my next door neighbour who has been using your garage for sometime and I was very happy with the excellent service given. I had a flat tyre so I took it down on Friday and they tested it and another tyre which I was concerned about being a bit low. The tyre was ordered and then fitted on Saturday morning, very speedy service and fair prices and all the staff can't do enough to help.
Great service, really got me out of trouble. Couldn't recommend enough.
