Guy ( sorry can’t remember name) had come to the end of his shift, but kindly agreed to attend to my call before finishing. Friendly, helpful and gave advice for what to do. Followed me once back on the road to ensure no further problem.
I really can't thank Chris enough for rescuing me and my son when our car broke down tonight on an extremely wet evening. He was super calm and ultra professional. He sorted out the issue and followed us most of the way home to make sure the car was ok. What an absolute gentleman and a true knight in shining armour. We are both truly grateful. ☺️
I can’t thank Roy enough for being the only man in Norfolk who managed to move my car! Nothing was too much trouble. After many failed attempts by the garage and another recovery truck saying ‘no’ this guy reassured me that he will get my car on the truck no matter what. True to his word he managed to do that, de-stress me, make me laugh, get me to the garage and all with a smile on his face. Roy you are a complete and utter legend and you deserve this recognition. You are a gem of a find and I hope Kerleys appreciate you. Top man! Thank you so much.
When we unfortunately broke down and needed a rescue, PJ Kerleys went above and beyond to help. After the excellent service I received from them in our time of need, I now wouldn't consider anyone in this situation. What an incredible team.
