Can't fault their customer service. Got let down by the local main dealer who was due to service and MOT my car as part of my service plan, but their tester wasn't working. Called around some local garages to tell them my MOT runs out in a week and was let down and they managed to arrange things to get me in. I'm sure that's not always possible to do but they didn't need to help me out nonetheless. I'm not from the area but wouldn't hesitate to use them again or as a reference to friends or family..

Very tidy and organised garage. I only popped in for directions and ended up going back as they seemed very polite. They did and MOT and some minor repairs. Dry good communications.

I’ve been going to Pit-Stop for years and would recommend them to anyone. They offer great customer service and are quick and affordable. Billy is a quality mechanic who always makes sure I get the best possible price.
