The employees here are honest and compassionate and I can trust that my car is in good hands. In comparison to other local garages, these guys do not take advantage but instead go above to ensure you'll want to return again. Highly recommended to me and I highly reccomend to others too 👍
I spent a small fortune at VW dealership to diagnose a fault. After a couple of thousand pounds of investigating they wanted me to come back for another full day of diagnosis at silly price labour hours, suspecting an ABS Pump failure which they would replace at £3500. They wouldn't fit a second hand one and it had to be a brand new one. Long story short, I declined and approached Pinnacle. The Technician Chris listened to my VW drama and connected up his diagnosis computer. In 15 minutes he had pinpointed that the fault was a sensor and needed replacement. The part was delivered 30 mins later and replaced. All faults disappeared and my Crafter was running like new again! Absolutely amazed how good the Technician was and his friendly nature. Receptionist was lovely and the experience overall, was sublime. These guys are better than the dealership for a fraction of the cost!! I don't want to praise these guys too much, as it will be so busy I wouldn't be able to get my Van serviced so quickly again lol.

Very helpful garage. Managed to fix an electrical issue that had floored other garages, did it very promptly and at reasonable cost. They were really thorough, and gave us detailed explanation. Thank you, Pinnacle. No doubt we will return with our dodgy vehicles.
Booked my 2019 Audi A5 in for a major service and MOT and the guys at Pinnacle did a fantastic job! I was kept up to date with progress with a video survey of the car on the ramp with the technician advising of any areas of concern aswell as areas that are good. Very professional and quick and great prices compared to main dealers! Will be returning next year when service and MOT is due again.
