Went to purchase a new car, it was a busy Saturday, spoke to Ollie Rooney who showed us around a few different cars, we liked one put had a few too many miles, he then went and checked the Inventory and found something that matched what we wanted, he found an XC60. Very helpful and knowledgeable which we purchased the car with his help, then was dealing with Sam also very good, kept me informed right up to hand over. Very happy with choosing my Volvo would recommend Paul Rugby Volvo Stourbridge and Ollie and Sam, Nick happy customer
Have to say, my experience of purchasing my new XC90 was as expected – just perfect. Sam Cowan helped me effectively and efficiently. The whole process was seamless. Took time to show me every working detail of the car. Car was ready on time and in the condition promised & expected. This is the second car I have purchased there – and expect to be back there in 3 years to do it all over again.
