Outstanding customer service really friendly picked me up and dropped me because I didn’t have a car and the work carried out was so professionally done at an unbeatable price so happy with the results! I wouldn’t go anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Before and after results
Amazing customer service. Noticed a clunking noise coming from my car on Christmas Eve (terrible time for a car issue), everywhere was busy with it being the last day before the holidays. But I phoned Paisley Autocare and they were able to fit my car in. Checked it over and found the issue with the suspension - unfortunately they couldn’t get the part until the 30th. When the 30th came I gave a call and they said they had to chase it up with Arnold Clark for the part delivery and Arnold Clark were now not able to deliver the part until the 3rd of January meaning I wouldn’t get my car back until the 6th. Once the work was done on the 6th I asked for it to be dropped off as I was now back at work - this was not an issue they accommodated this. Then when I got it home I checked and noticed there was work missing from the invoice, gave them a call the next day and they had made a mistake and not done one of the jobs needing done and they straight away came and took the car, done the work and dropped it back off. So although there was a few wee hiccups, not fully their fault, the customer service from the start to finish was fantastic, I cannot fault them at all and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
I took advantage of half price sale on Machine Polish! What an excellent all round service. Staff was really friendly! The place has such a cool character. Location is brilliant. There's ample parking on site. Really happy with the job and will definitely go again next time!
Excellent experience, they picked up car and dropped it off. Kept me updated, car in for service, MOT and air conditioning. My wife and I use them, never had any complaints. Thanks guys.
