However, he was reliable, kept me informed of what he was doing, showing me what the problem was & what it needed to be fixed. He ordered the parts there & then & explained he would message as soon as the parts arrived. Peter messaged me & came back to fit the parts, he even came on Saturday morning as I was working in the office the day the parts arrived. Peter ensures he keeps you informed by messages when he’s waiting for parts to arrive/when they arrive. He is on time & he is reliable. He is also reasonable with his prices. He left no mess, he thoroughly cleared & cleaned the area where he had been working. I would recommend Peter & I have already been promoting him to my friends. Thank you Peter - you will definitely be my mercanic from now on & I will definitely use you again! Jackie
I cannot rate highly enough!! Peter has helped me out a few times with my Audi and my wife’s ford ka which was nearly dead!! Peter resuscitated it!! Lol He is prompt, excellent communicator, uses correct parts and offers sound advice. I will be using him for regular oil changes and services in the future. I have no reservations in recommending peter.
My engine management light came on. Called PJ Autos & Patrick moved some other jobs around in order to come & see me before I had to do the school run. Friendly, professional & efficient service. I will definitely use Patrick again
Patrick is a top class mechanic. He was able to identify where all the knocking & scraping sounds were coming from , even though my local garage who I've used for many years were unable to identify where the noises were coming from. He gave me a quote and explanation of repairs (quite a few) and within 1 day all was fixed. I collected the car and Patrick spent time explaining the repairs and showing me the damaged parts he had to replace. My partner also had a knocking noise with his car which my local garage could not identify and without fail Patrick was able to pinpoint the problem. He is a sound, genuine & honest guy and will be using him for future mechanical works. Highly recommended.
After starting up my car, the engine light came on and engine was juddering I daren't drive it. I rang Pj's auto and a cpl hours later he was at my home to see what the problem was. After figuring out that the coil had gone he was kind enough to pick it up the next morning, take it to the garage and bring it back again a cpl of hours later. Quote was given beforehand and I was very satisfied with the price. Customer service was excellent and so was the work, help and advice he gave me. Highly recommended.
