from 50 reviews on GoogleProbably one of plymouths best kept secrets. Do I really want to review them. No in that it means possibly a slightly longer waiting list for my repairs due to new customers. Certainly because how good and helpful they’ve been servicing our bmw x5’s. Older trucks so more issues. Only first went as wife’s car was log converted so wanted advice and service on the system. Then after a less than satisfactory experience with an independent bmw garage I went back to them for general work. Prices are very competitive. Labour £60/ hr. Parts vary depending on what u want. If u want genuine or after market ones they’ll do that. If u source your own then they’ll fit them. If like mine some parts are more difficult to get then they’ll source from wherever they can get them ie motor factors, eBay etc. One thing I liked right away was the attitude that we ll treat your car as if we’re working on our own and if possible they’ll fix things rather than an easier replacement which is usually cheaper in the short to medium term. Example the mechanism for the dual brake mechanism. Other garage quoted £285 to replace. I think they did it for about £25. They didn’t have to dismantle whole assembly and replace as new just took a cog out. Pin had broken. Welded new one on and put back. They’re honest, no frills and nice blokes alex I usually deal with is my main contact and Eugene has been very helpful at other times. Slip Eugene a decent bottle of red wine and we’re all happy 😊. There’s always issues at any garage but they’ll let you know if a job is taking longer or parts issues. We have a good relationship as we have 2 cars so we can be flexible. If it’s something promised then they’ll do their level best to honour what was agreed. Odd occasion work not totally finished usually to other issues found but it will be roadworthy then rebooked to do other work. Again if they can’t do it there’s a very good reason eg wife’s car checked coolant leak and expansion tank had cracked. From symptoms had probably slight, got worse then bang but then it is a 22 year old vehicle. Can’t recommend highly enough. If it’s a minor thing and they have time they’ll do it there and then if possible and that’s from light bulbs to plugging in to do quick diagnostics. I know they are very busy and wait times for bigger jobs are up to 2 weeks. So lessons learnt and experience get your car serviced regularly. Highly recommended

We got our LPG conversion done with these guys as they were really helpful with information and advice. Couldn't be happier - lovely neat job at a great price, everything runs a treat and we're paying half price for fuel! Going to book another car in for conversion soon too.
