They found a couple of issues in the process, sent me clear photos via WhatsApp of the problems and quoted for repairs which I was happy to go ahead with and under no pressure to do so. I was really pleased with the work carried out. I returned again today to have my breaks checked, and after a thorough physical and diagnostic check they said everything looked fine. I felt reassured, and they very kindly didn't charge to have it all checked which they could have easily done so. I will be back for anything else needed and happy to recommend.
I had 4 new tyres fitted at the garage.They were reasonably priced. Good value for money. They had to order a couple of the tyres, that wouldn't be in until lunch time. To save me waiting around, I had door to door service with one of the staff taking me home. The service from the staff was exceptionally good. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
Fantastic garage! My husband's car now drives better than it did when he originally bought it . My car has just been in today for a brake check and as usual we received fantastic service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I needed a new car battery and had visited several places, some very expensive and others unable to obtain one quickly. I popped into Ormskirk Garage and was given different options and prices with the confirmation that they could get hold of the new battery the same day. They actually obtained and fitted the battery within 2 hours. Both of the mechanics were extremely knowledgable, polite and efficient. For all future issues with my car, they will now be my first port of call. They were Superb.
Called in on Friday as water pump leaking, car was immediately looked at and booked in for today . Can’t fault the service as very efficient as my car was fixed within 4 hours, it was road tested plus I’ve been advised to go back in a couple of days to have the water level checked due to the risk of an airlock, which I will be doing. I also saved nearly £40 as I had been quoted £281 from another garage and only paid £245. Would definitely recommend as staff efficient and helpful
