Was given a horrendous quote from another garage of £4k for my car to get things done for it to get through its MOT …more than what my car’s worth so I wanted a second opinion and was given Orchards details… from the telephone call at the beginning to the end result absolutely fantastic service. Orchard knew what I had been quoted and it turns out there wasn’t actually anything wrong with my car so all I had to do was pay for a MOT retest £45!!!! Would highly recommend them and will be using them going forward.
This is a very good garage. Under took the work on my car when other garages did not seem interested in doing it. Gave me a loan car for four days, and stayed late so I could come and collect my car. They could not refurbish my abs but installed a new part for same quoted price. This will be my go-to garage from now on. Thanks Orchard garage Ltd.😀
Very good price, courtesy cars, excellent customer service, very honest. I think it is perfect
Was able to get me booked in quickly, for a oil change and new filter due to having dirty oil and low oil pressure. I wanted to make sure my car was ok for the winter, and they done full check. The price was really good and the people that work in the garage was friendly and nice. I will definitely be going back and will be booking my MOT next year with them.
