I had a battery fitted here yesterday by Richard, I bought the battery from the nearby battery shop, Richard went over and picked it up for me, and I took my car down, at his suggestion on a Monday afternoon,and he fitted straight away. Excellent efficient service, and excellent price. Would recommend to anyone. I did phone ahead to see when it would be convenient!
I was booked in for an MOT at 1pm so dropped my car off just before 8am. Had a call just after 9am to say my car was ready after they had a cancellation. This was the first time I have used Orbit and will definitely be using them again and would 100 percent recommend them. Great service. Thank you.
I went to Orbit when my booked MOT was cancelled, last minute. I researched the available MOT centres near me. I found Orbit - the reviews were really good and I selected that one. Rang the office, the answer machine message was we're busy attending to another customer or something like that. So I went down to the centre. The customer service was brilliant and despite all sorts of issues, relating to my diary, the busy day they had, the need for parts, the MOT was completed that day. It was, by far the best experience I have ever had and can understand the loyalty of the customers. Thank you Orbit.
