Service was prompt, professional and overall extremely friendly. So grateful for such first class service which went far beyond our expectations.
I had trouble with the windscreen jet not dispensing any fluid on my Mercedes. I considered going to Mercedes directly but knew I wouldn’t get an appointment for weeks and weeks. Friends recommended Shahid, who came out very soon after I contacted him and he sorted out the problem. Very honest, friendly guy who knows what he’s doing. From now on, I will be contacting Shahid for any issues I have with my car.
I called Shahid because my car wouldn't start, initially we suspected it was the starter motor but he quickly diagnosed an issue with the immobiliser. Although Shahid doesn't deal with immobilisers he was absolutely brilliant at finding me someone who could help, he was thorough and all in all just a brilliant, honest mechanic. I really appreciated that he was honest and didn't install a starter motor that I didn't need, or lie about what needed doing. He just charged a call out fee which was extremely reasonable and called around to find somebody that could deal with electrical issues. If I ever have any future issues with my car I will definitely go to him, all his brilliant reviews speak for themselves and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic.
Extremely polite and professional service from Shahid. Came out to fix the car which was stuck on the driveway because of a flat battery! He completed a full sevice as well at a very fair price. He also fixed an annoying fault with the driver's door for no extra charge!! Total ease and peace of mind that the work has been carried out by a reliable mechanic. Easy to see why he has so many 5 star reviews. I will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you!
Replaced wheel speed sensor on C Class Mercedes today. Found them on Google, read the reviews, tel call to book appointment and Shahid was here in Molesey 90mins later. Straightforward part swap-out, I already had the replacement. Tidy, knowledgeable and efficient, with the added value of all error codes on system reviewed and battery and alternator checked. Excellent service, deserves the glowing reviews and without sounding trite, I would recommend and I will use Shahid again.
