Took my Ovtavia in for a diagnostic check/electrical problem. Diagnosed very quickly, plenty of information relayed to me about the issue. I was offered a very good price for the work needed which I ultimately did myself, however I would not hesitate to use these guys again or recommend them to anyone. They are clearly experts and I completely trusted them with my vehicle.
Giving 5 stars for customer service. Asked for a quote, received a very competitive quote shortly after. Sadly, couldn't fit me in in timeframe I required so I've booked in to another garage. NWvag called back later to let me know of a cancellation that they could book me in to which I declined because that would be messing around my now-booked garage. Although I've only had a quote and a brief phone call, I'd be happy considering this garage in future. They've been professional, good prices quoted and good customer service shown to me and understood when I declined a quicker booking on the basis I had committed elsewhere, and that, to me, makes a good garage that I would be happy to use in future. Keep up the good work 👍
Chose this place based initially on the reviews then after meeting James knew we'd made the right choice. My wife's Q3 failed it's MOT on emissions at Halfords, however after diagnostics etc James quickly sorted it out and gave us some sound advice. Will definitely be returning with my own car 100% and although travelling over from Liverpool definitely worth the journey. Spotless workshop. Friendly service. Excellent value (Audi dealer wanted over twice as much). Thanks James
Once again, James & Co have exceeded my expectations. He's a really nice bloke, friendly, honest, efficient & professional. He has done numerous repairs on my sick car 😢 But he never fails to impress & come out on top. Though he moved a bit further down the road, he is easy to find. He's a little God send to be honest. If you're looking for an honest decent mechanic who won't pull the wool over your eyes, check him out. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Thanks James for the great service you give 👏
