He has been supportive and very clear throughout the sale process and following up after and checking how things are. Norton Way Nissan overall very responsive. Appointments booked quickly and efficiently, no question too small to answer. Very happy with the customer service and the product. Highly recommending them to anyone!
I am looking for a new car and decided to pop into our local Nissan dealership. We were met by a super friendly Hannah, who listened to what we required, showed us a car and then went and got the Motability Salesman, Adam. He was great, he went through all our requirements, suggested different models, gave us the pros and cons and then showed us another vehicle. I am test driving the car tomorrow and more than likely going to order it. You really couldn't ask for better help at this dealership. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and great cars. You couldn't ask for more 😁😁
Logan was extremely helpful with upgrading our car, from the initial phone call to even after we had taken the car home, Logan was professional and polite with us. He didn't try and force us into looking at anything we didn't seem interested in and remembered all of the qualities we had mentioned we wanted in a new car. This is the second car we have got from this branch and we couldn't be happier with the care of all of the staff.
