Went on the longest test drive I have ever had which meant I could get a good feel for the car. Decided to buy the car and was then even offered a free home delivery service. Hats off to Flo who helped us today, big credit to the company and would just like to say to Wayne you should be proud that your staff put customer service and experience as their priority.
I recent bought my Honda CRV from Honda, Norton Way, Letchworth. The sales person I dealt with was Mark Meredith. Mark was very helpful and knowable and kept me informed throughout. He was also helpful in solving a minor technical problem with my dash cam. Thank you Honda.

She was friendly, not pushy, very knowledgable about the car and also a great sense of humour. We can honestly say Katie was head and shoulders above all the other sales people we met at other dealers. It was a pleasure to be able to buy the car from her and we're delighted with the car too.
